If you have a medical problem or urgent need, call the office, and the receptionist will assist you in scheduling an appointment. We recognize that your time is valuable and will make every effort to see each patient promptly. To see you promptly, you must arrive at the time we have requested to prepare you to see her provider. Please be aware that unforeseen problems occur, and we ask for your patience when urgent unforeseen issues arise.
When a person doesn't show up for an appointment, they will not get the care they need and keep others from receiving medical care in our office. If you cannot keep an appointment, please provide 24-hour advance notice to help you reschedule. We request that children without an appointment not come to the clinic if possible. Additional family members who also need an appointment should call our office for an appointment to avoid extended wait times for themselves and others. We want to work with you to provide better, more efficient service.

We do not accept Presbyterian Medicaid or Presbyterian Commercial Plans.
