Family/Primary Care
We offer patient-centered family medicine and primary care services designed to improve the health of patients of all ages. We provide comprehensive and continuing care for persons with any undiagnosed sign, symptom, or health concern. Our care includes health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, counseling, patient education, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. We collaborate with other health professionals and utilizes consultation or referral as appropriate.
Chronic Disease
We offer Chronic disease management that involves managing the symptoms of a long-term disease, thereby allowing patients to enjoy life to their fullest. Through managing chronic diseases, our goal is help slow down the progression of diseases and help control the symptoms. This includes a comprehensive, total-health approach, where we focus on keeping you healthier and happier by understanding your overall health profile, identifying root causes, and improving the specific conditions you have.
Wellness
We offer annual physicals, well women exams, well child checks, Medicare wellness exams, and sports physicals.
Acute Visits
We provide medical care to our established patients by appointment for minor illnesses or injuries which require prompt attention but are typically not of such seriousness that requires emergent care. Examples include but are not limited to: Colds, Cuts and minor burns, Diarrhea, Earache, Skin conditions, Sprains or joint pain, Upper respiratory infections, Flu like symptoms, Urinary tract infections, Vomiting, Lacerations, minor fracture care, and back or muscle pain.
Allergy
Allergy Choices, which is an allergy program designed to decrease, and at times resolve your allergies through a non-invasive treatment which is taken at home. Sublingual drop (under the tongue) therapy uses natural means of immunotherapy to treat the underlying causes for allergies.
Hormones
We evaluate hormones to determine the need for hormone replacement and then discuss various options available for replacement including creams, oral, and injections based on our patients needs and preferences. We can use both natural and synthetic replacement options.
Weight Loss
We recognize that weight gain and obesity have deep-rooted causes that most often cannot be corrected by restricting calories and exercising more. We work to address these causes and identify hormonal, metabolic, environmental, and many other issues in order to help educate and support patients so they may achieve their desired weight loss goal.
On-Site Lab
We can perform lab work in our office that is ordered by our providers for your convenience by scheduling an appointment. We offer point of care testing with acute visits to include rapid flu and strep. We currently offer a 48 hour PCR Covid-19 test, and are not currently performing a rapid antigen test for COVID-19.
